Progressive Collapse in Patient Responding Clinically to Anti-Tuberculous Treatment

This 21-years old was put on anti-tuberculous treatment on the basis of a chest radiograph, in Dec 2020. The patient improved clinically and on a repeat radiograph in Apr 2021. Thereafter, the radiographs changed dramatically.
