This 53-years old non-smoker man presented with severe, incessant cough for more than a month.

The CT scan as initially reported as lingular infectious bronchiolitis. When the patient came for review, the inspiratory-expiratory pairs showed severe air-trapping, which led to a further detailed evaluation and the final diagnosis.
