Case
This 65-years old non-smoker presented with gradually progressive breathlessness. The CT chest showed a fibrosing ILD. The diagnosis was not cleear.
However she had a bunch of old scans, starting from 2011. One look at the 2011 scan, and the diagnosis was obvious.
