Understanding "Pancoast" tumor
66-years old 35-pack years history smoker presented with a right axillary swelling. He underwent right axillary node biopsy, which turned out to be metastatic carcinoma and the patient was referred directly for a PET/CT (no X-rays, no CT scan)
The video describes the case, the TNM stage and whether the term Pancoast should be used when we are describing these masses. It also talks about the seminal paper by Pancoast from 1932.
