If this was 1999, it would have been a spot diagnosis.

44-yrs old non-smoker with no cardiac issues, presents with dyspnea for 2 months with a normal 6 mins walk test.

CT shows non-specific ground glass with some other non-pulmonary findings.

The video describes the approach in such patients and the final diagnosis, which would have been made without hesitation if this was 1999.
