LDCT in a TB endemic country is feasible despite the increase pick-up of nodules due to old or active TB

Current Case

A 24-years old with scleroderma, with no respiratory complaints, came for a CT scan of the chest to look for scleroderma ILD.

Do these findings suggest scleroderma ILD? Could this be an interstitial lung abnormality (ILA)? Or are these just gravity dependent densities?

Prone images were also obtained.
