A 32-years old treated for TB in the past had one episode of hemoptysis.
She has classic findings of PTLD (post-tuberculosis lung disease). There was no other cause of her hemoptysis.
Five years later, at age 37, she again had multiple episodes of hemoptysis. Her CT showed findings typical of a fungal ball/mycetoma.
